J W Plumbing & Heating Ltd.... J W Plumbing & Heating Ltd has been established 30 years this year, becoming a limited company in 1997 (Registered in England and Wales No 3318102). We are based in Saltdean, just outside Brighton, East Sussex. We have an office that provides a good central position in the county to manage and run our contracts from. The areas that we can logistically cover are East and West Sussex, Kent and Surrey.

We primarily carry out new housing plumbing sub-contract works for major house builders such as Bovis Homes, Taylor Wimpey, Banner Homes, Gleeson, Hargreaves, Explore Living and JW Stratton. Our expertise and strength is the management of sub contract plumbing workson sites of various sizes, be it a 10 or 1000 unit development.

A dedicated maintenance department is in place to deal with any remedial or after sales work that may occur on out client's developments. We have a full-time contracts manager who has 20 years experience on new house building. We also have a surveying and finance department to deal with the pricing of new work and settlement of accounts. We have a Health & Safety policy in place that includes all relevant risk assessment, coshh assessments and method statements. All our employees are qulified plumbing engineers and have been included into our health and safety policy.
