Terrible service!! Would not recommend using this company. We ordered appliances on-line on a Thursday before bank holiday weekend. Although they took payment, we never received confirmation of the order. We had to ring the company several times. - couldn’t confirm delivery because his daughter was over from New Zealand - please ring back, I haven’t sorted my paperwork out yet because I was busy meeting family over the weekend - took the call, but then left me waiting on the line whilst he took another call with the Manchester Evening News and proceeded to talk about advertising his company whilst leaving me hanging on the other line listening to the conversation - eventually got through and said delivery was dependent on him receiving goods - could be Thursday or Friday delivery - eventually received confirmation goods would be delivered on Friday and then the wrong appliances were delivered and had to argue to receive correct order Nothing short of useless and unprofessional
