I am a level 4 personal trainer based in Hove and have over 19 other fitness qualifications. I have worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years. I have also been the manager and personal trainer of a local gym for over 13 years, trained Brighton & Hove Albion football players, worked on the local radio station Heart FM as their breakfast trainer and am also Co-Founder of "Young At Heart" who have recently affiliated with Age Uk. At the beginning of 2019, I co-founded a company called "Young At Heart". We offer classes for over 60s aiming to improve their flexibilty, strength and all round general fitness. Classes have been incredibly successful and Age Uk approached us to affiliate with them. We run 4 classes per week.
